"Reach will lead our community in eliminating domestic violence and sexual assault through education, advocacy, self-empowerment and community awareness."
Reach is a local non-profit agency established in 1983 to work to end domestic violence and sexual assault. The Women’s Resource Center was established to help many individuals with employment obstacles through education, advocacy, and services.
Every year 1 out of every 3 women and 1 out of every 5 men are victims of Domestic Violence. We are here to help. However, it’s not simply a matter of providing shelter. It’s also important to ensure that you receive the support that you need.
Being safe is a necessity and a right that we all take for granted, but it has become a daily battle for men and women in our community. We work tirelessly to help provide services and a safe place for victims to take refuge.
